Due to the digital nature of our products, once the file has been delivered, downloaded, or access to the content has been provided, returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, purchase errors, or lack of use of the product are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete file, or experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the purchased product, please contact us so we can assist you and, where appropriate, replace the file or restore access.
